On 1 October, we brought together customers, partners and some of the industry’s leading manufacturers at Space Stockholm for AVS Tech & Innovation Space. An afternoon filled with AV technology, AI, smart meeting rooms, communication, inspiration and, above all, meaningful connections.
And what an afternoon it was!
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special. It was wonderful to see so many people connect, share experiences, ask questions, try out technology and discuss both today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.
The future of AV technology, all in one place
Around 25 world-leading AV manufacturers showcased solutions for meeting rooms, hybrid meetings, learning environments, audio, video, digital communication and interactive spaces.
Visitors had the opportunity to get hands-on with the technology, try out different solutions and speak directly with the experts behind them.
For us, this is an essential part of an event like AVS Tech & Innovation Space. New technology becomes far more tangible when you can see, hear and experience it – while discussing how it can address real needs within your own organisation.
AI and the future of meetings on stage
Throughout the afternoon, the technology exhibition was complemented by short talks and inspiring presentations.
Henrik Byström from AI-labbet offered insights into how AI is changing the way we meet. Andreas Adolfsson from Microsoft shared more about Copilot and AI in meeting environments.
We also heard Staffan Stendahl’s perspective on moving from information to engagement through digital signage, and Anders Haglund’s thoughts on the importance of sound in modern environments.
A key question ran through many of the day’s conversations:
How can we use technology to create better experiences for the people who actually use it?
More than technology – a place to connect
AVS Tech & Innovation Space was about more than products and technical solutions.
Just as important were the connections and conversations that took place throughout the afternoon – between customers, manufacturers, experts and our own colleagues.
For us at AVS, this is exactly how we want to work. We want to understand the organisations and needs behind the technology, and work with our customers to find AV solutions that deliver both today and in the long term.
40 years of AV – and looking ahead
2026 is also a special year for us at AVS. We’re celebrating our 40th anniversary.
Technology has changed enormously since 1986. But the need to communicate, collaborate, share knowledge and connect effectively remains just as important today.
That makes it especially rewarding to bring together so many customers, partners, suppliers and colleagues in our anniversary year. Many of the relationships in the room have developed over many years, while others are just beginning.
