We are looking for an Outreach Salesperson
This is a role for someone who loves being out and about, meeting people and doing business. The role is all about finding new customers, coming up with ideas on how we reach out and creating long-term relationships.
You will:
- Meet with potential customers in different industries
- Conduct needs analysis in AV - audio and video solutions
- Present and package the right solutions from our broad portfolio of products and services
- Drive the entire sales process - from first contact to deal
- Work closely with our technical team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
We have strong technical delivery behind us - your role will be to build trust, understand customer needs and connect them with the right solutions.

We are looking for a Service Coordinator for AV products
Do you have a passion for IT and electronics and want to be the first point of contact for customers in need of technical support?
Then you may be the person we are looking for as a Service Coordinator at AVS in Sweden, one of the country’s largest players in digital meeting technology!

The role as Service CoordinatorAs a Service Coordinator, you will be the company’s face towards the customer, playing a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

First Contact: Receive service requests via phone and email and manage them in the company’s case management system, Zendesk.

Troubleshooting: Perform initial troubleshooting over the phone by asking clear and structured questions to resolve potential handling errors immediately.

Case Management: If the issue cannot be solved directly, register the case as a service order in Zendesk. Schedule a technician in collaboration with the project coordinator and communicate with purchasing regarding replacement products.

Product Focus: Handle cases related to control systems, displays, projectors, sound systems, cameras, speakers, microphones, headsets, and other AV/IT equipment.
The person we are looking forYou have a strong interest in IT and audio technology and the ambition to manage service cases with high quality.
- Education/Experience: Upper secondary IT education or equivalent, combined with a few years of hands-on experience with AV/IT products, preferably including RMA handling.
- Skills: Calm, accurate, and methodical. Broad technical understanding and strong social skills to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- System Knowledge: Experience with case management systems, business systems, and MS Office.
- Merits: Experience in audio and meeting technology as well as knowledge of the business system Pyramid and the case management system Zendesk.
