What is a booking panel?

A booking panel is a small, wall-mounted screen that is placed outside a meeting room, conference room or other venue. It shows in real time whether the room is available or booked, by whom and for what period of time. The booking panels are clearly illuminated in green when the room is available, and in red when it is occupied - making it easy to see if the room is booked without disrupting ongoing meetings.
