We are looking for an Outreach Salesperson
This is a role for someone who loves being out and about, meeting people and doing business. The role is all about finding new customers, coming up with ideas on how we reach out and creating long-term relationships.
You will:
- Meet with potential customers in different industries
- Conduct needs analysis in AV - audio and video solutions
- Present and package the right solutions from our broad portfolio of products and services
- Drive the entire sales process - from first contact to deal
- Work closely with our technical team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
We have strong technical delivery behind us - your role will be to build trust, understand customer needs and connect them with the right solutions.

Previous experience with AV solutions is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. We'll teach you - as long as you want to learn!

The Position – The Key Link for Efficient AV ProjectsAs a Project Coordinator, you are a key player ensuring that our AV projects are carried out efficiently and profitably, always with the customer in focus. You will be the crucial link that makes sure the right purchases, resources, and technicians are in place at the right time.
The role involves broad responsibility, acting as the hub between sales, purchasing, and installation technicians. You will be part of a national team collaborating with colleagues at all branch offices.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Project coordination and scheduling: Coordinate and manage bookings for various projects as well as follow up on time spent and project profitability.

Resource planning: Plan and schedule technicians’ workweeks and ensure that orders are assigned to technicians with the right skills and certifications.

Logistics and purchasing coordination: Ensure that projects are carried out within budget and timelines, and collaborate with the company’s purchasers.

Customer follow-up: Manage customer communication through our case management system by owning delivery responsibility toward the customer.

Administration: Ensure that routines are followed and that correct information is available in relevant systems.

Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project flows and support technicians with planning, reporting, and follow-up.
LocationAVS branch office, Metangatan 1 in Mölndal.
The CandidateThe ideal candidate has a few years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
You have strong communication skills and social competence, and you act professionally toward everyone you interact with, both internally and externally.
You take initiative and work independently, with strong proficiency in the Swedish language.
You also have experience working with business or case-management systems. Knowledge of Pyramid, Zendesk, or HubSpot is a plus but not required.
Practical installation knowledge of AV/IT products or similar—helpful for estimating time requirements—is also advantageous. A secondary-level IT education or equivalent is also considered a merit.
To succeed in this central role, we see that you are a driven and well-organized person who thrives when handling many tasks at once. You are a proactive problem solver who can make quick decisions and manage urgent situations, such as when a technician becomes ill. You are thorough, have excellent administrative skills, and are passionate about seeing projects completed with high quality.
