Framework agreement AV and videoconferencing - hardware, software and services covers products such as hardware, software, cloud service, customized service delivery, consulting services and product-related services in AV and videoconferencing.
The framework agreement covers goods and services for audio and video of various types that together cover the total need over a lifecycle period.
The different variants of the framework agreement for goods and services for audio, video, photography, distance meetings, video conferencing and similar audiovisual goods that enable meetings or information dissemination using electronics and technology. Goods and services can be analog and digital. The framework agreement also includes goods and services that enable pre-recorded information to be played back at the user's request or information to be played back live via a selected channel, including streaming services.
The framework agreement also includes goods and services linked to new or existing meeting and conference rooms, training rooms, auditoriums, stages, waiting rooms, receptions, care and nursing environments, work at home or from other places where the party entitled to call-off needs these goods and/or services.
The framework agreement covers furnishings to the extent that they are intended for goods in the field of sound and image and its unique needs and to provide a complete solution for, for example, a conference room.
